♥ What is the process for ordering my invitations from your shop?

It's easy! The process is as follows:

You contact me with any questions that you have or you send me your wording and color choices for the invitations, RSVP cards and your return address or the Save the Dates.

I then create your proofs and place them in a custom listing just for you. You then look them over and let me know if you need anything adjusted. Once I make those changes I upload the new versions to the listing, and this continues until you love them. Once they are perfect you purchase the listing and I send them off to be printed.

My invitations are printed at a high quality professional lab, not on a home printer. They are flat printed on premium 80-lb.card stock with a linen finish. (Postcards have a glossy finish) or an earth friendly 100lb premium 100% recycled matte cardstock.

Love, love, LOVE! I seriously cannot say enough good things about these invitations or about the seller. I had looked high and low for invitations that looked elegant and fit the theme of my wedding. I looked at many different stores/businesses and couldn't quite find exactly what I wanted. I was going to settle for invitations I saw online through Davids Bridal but thought I would search one last time through Etsy and I am so glad I did. These are exactly what I wanted AND they were within my budget. The seller responded to my questions in a timely manner and made several revisions until I fell in love with the wording and font. I plan on purchasing coordinating wedding programs and thank you cards too!

INVITATIONS - Invitations ship via UPS (insured and trackable.) If your etsy address is a PO Box, please provide a street address in the message to the seller as that Fed Ex and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order directly from your invoice once it ships.

SAMPLES - Samples ship via regular USPS mail. The time they take to arrive varies based on the time of year (the mail is notoriously slow around the holidays) and how far that you live from me. If for some reason your sample does not arrive within a reasonable time frame please contact me and I will be happy to resend your sample. If you ordered a custom sample, they take the same amount of time as regular invites and go out the same way as regular invite sets.

TREES, GUEST BOOKS AND ART PRINTS - Prints ship via UPS Ground and normally arrive within 5 business days after purchase and approval of proofs. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order directly from your invoice once it ships.

Digital files are non-refundable.

I ship to your ETSY address so please make sure that it is correct in your profile. If for some reason you need them shipped to an alternative address please let me know in the message to the seller when you make your purchase.

Colors can vary for one computer screen to the next. I try my best to get as close to the color you want as I can. However, due to these limitations, I cannot be held responsible for how colors are displayed on your computer monitor.

If there is an issue with your invitations please let me know as quickly as possible. ♥ What are your shop hours?

I am answering questions, processing orders and shipping all day MONDAY - FRIDAY, in between chasing my three little ones around, until 5-6pm EST. I try to reserve the weekends to work on custom designs and spend quality time with my family. I do my best to return messages in 2-3 business days, normally sooner. Please remember that I am not a big company, just one mom and a computer :)

♥ I don’t see the quantity I need listed, can I get any quantity?

Please ask me and I can give you a quote on exactly what you need. I also have matching save the dates, thank you cards, direction/map/hotel information inserts and smaller registry or website inserts. I can also print on postcards and large magnets if you are looking for something unique. You can also do the set with the invitation only, printing on the back of the invites, no return labels. I have many options available to fit any budget.

♥ What cardstock do you use?

I offer two lines of stock, and any and all of my designs can be easily printed on either one. I only print on white cardstock. I can print in full color however so the cardstock can appear any color that you wish.

I have a very affordable 80lb cardstock with luxurious textured linen finish. This stock can also be printed in a glossy finish, which is very unique and showcases colors beautifully. 80lb postcards are always printed in the glossy finish, if you would like them to be printed in the linen finish please ask me for details. Thank you cards are also printed in a glossy finish.

I also offer an eco-friendly recycled line of invitations. Be kind to our earth, save money and make a big first impression on your guests. The paper used is a premium 110lb 100% post-consumer waste recycled cardstock. It is smooth and, although it will have more visible fibers than traditional matte paper, the fibers are only noticeable if you look closely. The 110lb paper is quite a bit stiffer than the 80lb. It also tends to absort rich color like gold better because of the thickness. Dark colors, grays and greens also tend to look much better on the 110lb paper.

In case you are planning on using your invitations in pocketfolds or some other type of creative packaging the exact trim dimensions are as follows:

These are the only sizes I print, but see below for info on digital version of my work, which are also available.

♥ Do you offer samples of your invitations?

I do! I offer a sample packet for sale in my store for $1. To keep costs down I do not always have examples of every invitation on hand . So I offer a packet of at least 2 invitations (one on 80lb linen and one on 110lb recycled cardstock,) one RSVP card on recycled cardstock, one postcard on 80lb cardstock, one label and two envelopes to give you an idea of the sizes, the vibrancy of the colors and the texture of the paper types that I offer.

The cost of the sample packet will come off your total should you decide to purchase your invitations from me.

♥ Can I get a sample of my exact invitation set?

It would be $40 for a sample set of your exact invitations. The reason for this is that my printer charges me a set-up fee for each custom piece that I send them. $30 of this could come off your total order as long as no changes are made. Because of the custom nature of these items, the printing and shipping time is the same as if you were ordering your actual invites.

I would also be happy to send you digital proofs of your invitation design before you make your purchase at no cost to you.

♥ How long will it take to receive my invitations?

Printing and delivery time take approximately 10 to 15 BUSINESS days once you have approved and paid for your final design. (Meaning not weekends or holidays and starting the day after you place your order.)

All of my items are printed at a professional print shop, not on a home printer. Rush printing is available for an additional fee of $30 and you would then receive them in
5-8 business days. I work very fast to get you your final proofs (see my shop hours above) and make any changes you might need. I strive to be very easy to work with and quick to make your needed changes and adjustments so you can have your invitations in hand as soon as possible. I know how stressful planning a wedding can be and I hope to make the process of ordering your invitations as easy on you as possible.


That being said sometimes orders take a bit longer if you live out of the country, due to customs or due to extenuating circumstances. I do my best to ensure you get your order in a timely manner, but please remember that I am a person too with a family and every great once in awhile something comes up that may delay your order by a few days. Thank you!

♥ Can I just order the design so I can print my invitations myself?

I can do that too! Any of my invitation/RSVP sets are available in a high resolution .jpeg, .tiff or .pdf format for $30 for the invitation, $10 for the RSVP and other pieces at a discounted rate. I will customize them for you with your size, specs, wording, fonts and colors.

♥ I have an idea in mind for my invitations, do you do custom work?

I love custom work, so please contact me if you are looking for something specific that you don’t see in my shop. I can also adjust any of my designs to better suit your wedding theme. All colors, fonts and wording are completely customizable. Or I can come up with something original just for you. I do charge a non refundable fee of $35 for a custom design, or to make more than minor changes to one of my existing designs. I also charge a design fee to make any major changes to my family artwork.


♥ Are envelopes included and if so what are they like?

All of my products except postcards and magnets come with smooth, bright white, 70-lb. weight envelopes. I also only offer white envelopes because that’s all my printer offers me and they send them for free with the items I purchase from them. I would have to buy different envelopes from somewhere else and I hate marking things up when I haven’t done any actually work to it. I am happy to recommend some great places to you to buy envelopes that have a very nice selection of choices at superb prices. Just ask!

My invites fit in A9 or 6x9 booklet size envelopes and the RSVP cards, magnets and save the dates fit in A2 envelopes. I do not offer inner envelopes, but in case you want to purchase envelopes on your own:

♥ How much postage will a standard set of invitations take to mail?

A standard set of my invitations only require one regular stamp!

♥ What colors are available?

You have the choice of any colors you wish, there are no limitations. Just let me know what colors you are after and where on the invitations you would like the changes. Alternatively you can email me swatches or images of your requested colors for me to match or you can check out the following online color chart to find your perfect shade:

♥ Do you limit the amount of revisions?

I try not to limit the amount of revisions that can be made to your set within reason. In rare cases I may let you know that I will have to start charging a $10 fee to make any further revisions. Please look over your info carefully before sending to it me to ensure it is correct. This will save you a great deal of time in terms of waiting for revisions that could have easily been avoided. Any major revisions to the entire suite or completely redoing the wording on one of the poster invites may result in a revision charge depending on how difficult the change will be. You will be told of any charges before the changes are made.

Seating charts and programs are exceptions, because of how labor intensive they are to set up. Please make sure all of your information is spelled correctly and that you have not forgotten anyone. I will allow two revisions of minor changes like spelling corrections, adjustments to the ceremony order and table numbers after you receive your proof. Additional changes and major alterations like adding and removing names will result in an additional charge which will be determined by how difficult the change will be.

♥ How do I determine the number of invitations to order?

•Send one invitation per couple.
•If the couple has children under the age of 18, include them in the invitation (if you would prefer an adult-only event, do not include the names of children on the invitation).
•Send separate invitations to people over the age of 18, even if they are living with their parents.
•Send invitations to single friends and note on the inner envelope only whether they may bring a guest.
•Include 20 extra invitations with your original order to cover last-minute guest list additions or addressing mistakes. It's much more cost-efficient to order 20 extras initially than to place a new order for 20 invitations. Extra invitations can become keepsakes for your memory album and for your parents and grandparents.

It is smooth and, although it will have more visible fibers than traditional matte paper, the fibers are only noticeable if you look closely. The 110lb paper is quite a bit stiffer than the 80lb. It also tends to absort rich color like gold better because of the thickness. Dark colors, grays and greens also tend to look much better on the 110lb paper.

♥ Do you offer samples of your invitations?

I do! I offer a sample packet for sale in my store for $1. To keep costs down I do not always have examples of every invitation on hand . So I offer a packet of at least 2 invitations (one on 80lb linen and one on 110lb recycled cardstock,) one RSVP card on recycled cardstock, one postcard on 80lb cardstock, one label and two envelopes to give you an idea of the sizes, the vibrancy of the colors and the texture of the paper types that I offer.

The cost of the sample packet will come off your total should you decide to purchase your invitations from me.

♥ Can I get a sample of my exact invitation set?

It would be $40 for a sample set of your exact invitations. The reason for this is that my printer charges me a set-up fee for each custom piece that I send them. $30 of this could come off your total order as long as no changes are made. Because of the custom nature of these items, the printing and shipping time is the same as if you were ordering your actual invites.

I would also be happy to send you digital proofs of your invitation design before you make your purchase at no cost to you.

♥ What is the process for ordering my invitations from your shop?

It's easy! The process is as follows:

You contact me with any questions that you have or you send me your wording and color choices for the invitations, RSVP cards and your return address or the Save the Dates.

I then create your proofs and place them in a custom listing just for you. You then look them over and let me know if you need anything adjusted. Once I make those changes I upload the new versions to the listing, and this continues until you love them. Once they are perfect you purchase the listing and I send them off to be printed.

♥ How long will it take to receive my invitations?

Printing and delivery time take approximately 10 to 15 BUSINESS days once you have approved and paid for your final design. (Meaning not weekends or holidays and starting the day after you place your order.)

All of my items are printed at a professional print shop, not on a home printer. Rush printing is available for an additional fee of $30 and you would then receive them in
5-8 business days. I work very fast to get you your final proofs (see my shop hours above) and make any changes you might need. I strive to be very easy to work with and quick to make your needed changes and adjustments so you can have your invitations in hand as soon as possible. I know how stressful planning a wedding can be and I hope to make the process of ordering your invitations as easy on you as possible.


That being said sometimes orders take a bit longer if you live out of the country, due to customs or due to extenuating circumstances. I do my best to ensure you get your order in a timely manner, but please remember that I am a person too with a family and every great once in awhile something comes up that may delay your order by a few days. Thank you!

♥ Can I just order the design so I can print my invitations myself?

I can do that too! Any of my invitation/RSVP sets are available in a high resolution .jpeg, .tiff or .pdf format for $30 for the invitation, $10 for the RSVP and other pieces at a discounted rate. I will customize them for you with your size, specs, wording, fonts and colors.

♥ I have an idea in mind for my invitations, do you do custom work?

I love custom work, so please contact me if you are looking for something specific that you don’t see in my shop. I can also adjust any of my designs to better suit your wedding theme. All colors, fonts and wording are completely customizable. Or I can come up with something original just for you. I do charge a non refundable fee of $35 for a custom design, or to make more than minor changes to one of my existing designs. I also charge a design fee to make any major changes to my family artwork.


♥ Are envelopes included and if so what are they like?

All of my products except postcards and magnets come with smooth, bright white, 70-lb. weight envelopes. I also only offer white envelopes because that’s all my printer offers me and they send them for free with the items I purchase from them. I would have to buy different envelopes from somewhere else and I hate marking things up when I haven’t done any actually work to it. I am happy to recommend some great places to you to buy envelopes that have a very nice selection of choices at superb prices. Just ask!

My invites fit in A9 or 6x9 booklet size envelopes and the RSVP cards, magnets and save the dates fit in A2 envelopes. I do not offer inner envelopes, but in case you want to purchase envelopes on your own:

♥ How much postage will a standard set of invitations take to mail?

A standard set of my invitations only require one regular stamp!

♥ What colors are available?

You have the choice of any colors you wish, there are no limitations. Just let me know what colors you are after and where on the invitations you would like the changes. Alternatively you can email me swatches or images of your requested colors for me to match or you can check out the following online color chart to find your perfect shade:

♥ Do you limit the amount of revisions?

I try not to limit the amount of revisions that can be made to your set within reason. In rare cases I may let you know that I will have to start charging a $10 fee to make any further revisions. Please look over your info carefully before sending to it me to ensure it is correct. This will save you a great deal of time in terms of waiting for revisions that could have easily been avoided. Any major revisions to the entire suite or completely redoing the wording on one of the poster invites may result in a revision charge depending on how difficult the change will be. You will be told of any charges before the changes are made.

Seating charts and programs are exceptions, because of how labor intensive they are to set up. Please make sure all of your information is spelled correctly and that you have not forgotten anyone. I will allow two revisions of minor changes like spelling corrections, adjustments to the ceremony order and table numbers after you receive your proof. Additional changes and major alterations like adding and removing names will result in an additional charge which will be determined by how difficult the change will be.

♥ How do I determine the number of invitations to order?

•Send one invitation per couple.
•If the couple has children under the age of 18, include them in the invitation (if you would prefer an adult-only event, do not include the names of children on the invitation).
•Send separate invitations to people over the age of 18, even if they are living with their parents.
•Send invitations to single friends and note on the inner envelope only whether they may bring a guest.
•Include 20 extra invitations with your original order to cover last-minute guest list additions or addressing mistakes. It's much more cost-efficient to order 20 extras initially than to place a new order for 20 invitations. Extra invitations can become keepsakes for your memory album and for your parents and grandparents.
