Steamship travel memorabilia!

The first is a group of vintage Cunard items.

The first is a postcard entitled "Cunard R.M.S. Lusitania & Mauritania". There is a 1913 postmark. The edges are a bit frayed and there is a small crease in the lower left corner, but the color is great and so is the image.

Next is a postcard of the Cunard White Star Queen Mary, unused. Great image and color.

Next is "General Information for Passengers: Cunard", an unpaged booklet of lots of information about the ship...the rules, currency issues, etc. It's in good shape except for a bit of curling at the lower right corner.

The last of Cunard is a letter: Cunard White Star R.M.S. Queen Mary with an image of the ship. It had been folded into three parts, but is has been kept flat for a long time. It has an acid-free board to keep it flat and a clear archival sleeve to protect it.

Now for the French Line ephemera. There is a beautiful unused sepia-toned postcard from the S.S. de Grasse, printed in Nancy, France. There is a French line Third Class cabin baggage check for the S.S. Champlain Pier 57, North River/Foot 15th Street, New York. It has twine that attached to the luggage. It has some bends, but it has a great illustration from the 1930's or 40's.

The last two items are vintage menus from the Pacqueboat "France" from 1969 with lovely illustrations. They are 10.625" x 8.25"

These would be great in an arrangement of vintage ship travel.

I wish that I could post more images! The insides of the menus are great!

This vintage steamship pieces will be sent backed with an acid-free board to keep them flat and a clear archival sleeve to protect them inside the outer packing.
