TO ORDER:
1. Choose your color and design carefully from the drop-down menus. ( MUST BE ORDERED BY THE HIGHEST NUMBER FIRST, NO ORDERING SMALLER SETS IN MULTIPLES) (Example...if you need 12, you must order 2 sets of 6. NOT 6 sets of 2 )

2.If ordering one of the Monogram Designs, please provide the initials you
want engraved in the EXACT ORDER you want them engraved in the
customization box provided.

3.If you are requesting a Custom Artwork, please give us as much detail as you
can in the customization box provided. Please include a little back story and
who the item is for. This helps expedite the design process. We will reach out
via messages with any questions. If you already have the artwork,
please send it to us via Etsy messages.

WHOLESALE
We do offer wholesale rates in some cases. This is based on the product and quantity of the order. When we can buy in large quantities, we forward those savings to you in most cases. However, the engraving costs are still the same as our workload will not change with larger orders. Please reach out to us via Etsy Messages with wholesale questions. Thank you!

FREE SHIPPING
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: EFFECTIVE March 27, 2023

****Purchasing express shipping will not decrease our processing times, it will decrease the amount of time shipping will take to get the item to you. Our processing times will still be 1-7 days***

ALL Orders over 1LB will ship UPS GROUND and may take a few extra days to arrive, based on your location. We are on the East Coast. (Shipping will take 1-7 Business Days) Please provide us with a physical address we DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES, and this will cause a delay in the shipping of your order.

Your tracking number will be provided to the email you used when placing your order once your order has shipped (Approx 5-7 business days is our standard processing time)

If you require faster SHIPPING you can choose the EXPRESS options at checkout, however, the higher shipping rates will be your responsibility and will not be covered by Rustic Route Designs.
If your order requires INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and your tracking will be provided in an email from Etsy when your order ships. We do not offer free International Shipping, and any Customs Fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. We use UPS International or USPS International for All International orders.

WE CAN NOT CONTROL CARRIER DELAYS AS WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO PREDICT OR PREVENT THESE DELAYS, therefore please do not review our Company negatively when the Carrier experiences a delay, as that is just not fair! We do everything we can to help and should not be held responsible for a delay we cannot control.

PROCESSING TIME
At Rustic Route Designs we make processing and shipping speed our top priority. We know that when you fall in love with a personalized product, you would like to receive it as soon as possible.
Orders will be produced and shipped within 1-7 business days; however, we usually produce and ship within 48 to 72 hours when it is not a busy time of year. It is important to remember that all time frames are ESTIMATES, not a guarantee, however, we do our very best to meet these time frames and will communicate with you if we are experiencing a delay.
Please watch for a welcome message within 24 hours of purchase for more exact estimates for your specific order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS-NO EXCEPTIONS

RETURN POLICY
***We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-engraved products***
We gladly accept returns for non-custom engraved and printed products. Item/s must be shipped back to Rustic Route Designs within 3 days of delivery and all returns must have tracking. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
