Never has a clock made out of salvaged materials looked so good! Hand cut Vermont slate salvaged from local roofs on a douglas fir base, originally a structural stud. Both materials come from an early 1900's Tudor house in South Queens, NY.

What else can you ask for? The turn of the century natural stone with its beautiful patina and deep black color, originally shaped into a clock and held by a deep red-brown wood base, will add a chic accent to any tabletop or dresser.

∞ Prefer a smaller size? Take a look at our Small Salvaged Clock:

∞ To clean and dust, wipe slate and base with a lint free damp cloth. If you wish to bring the color of the slate up, rub a small amount of olive oil on the surface, let it sit for about 1hr and remove excess with a lint-free cloth.
∞ Wood base can be oiled using linseed oil or tung oil. If these are not available, olive oil can also be used.
