Personalization is printed on the white banner on the cover. When ordering, please include your personalization information in the comments box. Please note character limitations. If your text is longer than allowed, message me and I’ll see if I can fit it in by reducing the type size. If you need suggestions on what to print, send me a message and I'll send you some examples.

Extra page options are available within each listing. If you don't see the extra set that you're interested in, contact me to see if I can accommodate your request. Please note that my books are wire bound, so pages must be added when I create your book...so now is the time to order them. :)

I will send a proof of your custom message, usually within 24 hours. If you have not received a proof, please check your Etsy account, your spam folder or contact me. If I haven't heard from you regarding approval of your proof after 24 hours, I will proceed with your order and ship it. Please check Etsy convos and/or the email associated with your Etsy account so there is no delay in getting your book to you.

You'll receive a notification once your order ships, so check your Etsy account to receive this information. All U.S. orders ship USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground with tracking. All international orders ship USPS First Class International or Asendia USA, also tracked. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact me for pricing.

Any order that is sent back due to incorrect address or because it was unclaimed will be reshipped at customer’s expense. Seller is not responsible for incorrect shipping info.

Although I take great care in wrapping and protecting your book, occasionally a book is damaged in shipment. If this happens, it is extremely important that you notify me immediately and that you keep the shipping box. You will need to send me photos of the damage to both the box and the book. Without such evidence, I cannot file an insurance claim. You must keep both the box and the book until the claim has been closed.
