for all custom orders i will provide a emailed photo before sending. at that time i will try my best to make any changes to your specifications, but once the photo is approved via email i do not accept refunds/exchanges.

i will ship anywhere in the us and beyond, but you may have to wait for shipping rates. i use only usps. feel free to email me first before purchasing to be sure of s&h costs, especially for international orders (as it may be more than what is listed) thanks!

PLEASE NOTE: Like the USPS, once a Delivery Confirmation is provided by usps.com, i can not be held responsible for lost/stolen packages. i will happily resend a second purchased item (with 10% off) to a different shipping address along with a signature required.

VERY IMPORTANT......I do not hand deliver these orders the USPS does. If time is of the essence please make sure to ask for shipping rates to include upgraded postage which can include a tracking number. This will help you monitor your package because otherwise I mail first class and have no ability to track your package. Once the package leaves my hands at the Post Office I have no more control on the duration it takes to reach you. International packages are not insured, unless requested, I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages to international destinations.

USPS may take longer than other carriers for delivery to International destinations so please be patient. I will track the parcel upon request. If you wish to upgrade your shipping service to fedex, please convo me following purchase for an accurate rate.

Attention residents of Hawaii and Alaska, due to the Etsy shipping generalization, I may need to charge additional monies for shipping to these two states.I ship via USPS and will not insure the package unless it is over $100 and per request only.
