Artisanal mini-embroidery kit - Elaine's Goose game

"Elaine's Goose Game" is a magical work, symbol of hope and love initiation and linked to the legendary story of Elaine of Astolat - best know as Lady of Shalott.

We offer it in a miniature version, in artisanal wool. The pattern was developed by Delphine Guglielmini to share embroidery techniques and also, Elaine's story. This kit is an opportunity for beginners and intermediates to make a magical mini-artwork.

With this kit, each of you can choose the use of the mini-embroidery. Either a brooch, a pendant, a patch to sew or frame... We had fun proposing some ideas in our photomontages, but our wish is to open the field of possibilities ! We can answer all your questions throughout your making.

Technique: half cross-stitch and back stitch / count stitch
Size: approx. 4.5 x 3 cm
Realization time: 2h30 for the embroidery + research time and realization of the personalized finish.

+ Note: the drawing used to make the model was drawn by the illustrator and comic strip designer Sophie Guerrive from the text "La carte d'Elaine" by Inès Cassigneul. A large version of the game of the goose (2m60 x 3m10) was embroidered between 2017 and 2019 in Brittany, during workshops and embroidery marathons organized by Sentimentale Foule. This textile creation is backed by the creation of the musical show "La carte d'Elaine" (2019).
