Description

Handmade silk ribbon bracelet with charms

Bracelet is made of light hand dyed silk ribbon in Poppy colors. This ribbon has rich milk chocolate brown swirling around sweet poppy red tones.

There are silver pewter charm on this wrap - Survivor Drop with Awareness Ribbon on other side, protection Hamsa Hand and a natural freshwater pear drop.

Total length of the bracelet is - 40-42 inches, wrap it around 3-4 times and make a knot
Bracelet will come in a recycled brown box ready for gift giving.

I can change the color of the silk ribbon or charms set from any other my bracelet, just email me.

I would appreciate payment within 48 hours of your purchase. If not, I will send you a reminder. Sales are canceled within 72 hours if I do not hear back from you and the item will then be re-listed.

Please make sure that your Etsy and PayPal address ARE THE SAME. If those are different, I will ship to the PayPal address unless you specifically notified me that different address should be used.

Returns & exchanges

Please check the items after you receive your order. If there are any issues, please notify me within 5 days so I can try to fix the problem.

If the problem is because of my mistake– incorrect description, wrong item received or major item defect, then you can return it for a full refund.

PLEASE contact me before sending anything back.

If you just don't want the item(s), shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT refundable and you are responsible for return shipping cost.

All returned products must be in their original condition(not worn, used, damaged as a result of your neglect, and the product packaging is not damaged or missing).

I will issue a credit to your PayPal account after I receive the returned products.

US shipments are via US Postal Service 1st Class and Priority, with estimated 3-5 day delivery.

All of my items are carefully packaged and sent in a bubble mailer envelope. I use the most economical way possible unless special instructions were given.

International shipments are via US Postal Service First Class Air (please note that while estimated delivery dates are 7-10 days, our experience is that some packages take 3-5 weeks due to customs and the international climate).

Please understand that I am not responsible for postal or customs delays, as well that I have no control over US or international customs for items that got stuck in customs.

Buyers may be subject to customs duties or taxes on items shipped from overseas. These charges are the buyers responsibility and must be covered by them.

Orders are not insured. If you would like to have your package insured against loss or damage, please send me a convo and ask for insured shipping and I will send you a PayPal invoice for the difference.
