What a fantastic pattern for that perfect early 60's look! Women were trying to open up from the stiffness of the 60's to more peasant, playful, hippie, ethnic look.

This is a Simplicity Sewing Pattern # 5545 printed in 1964. It fits a Size 14 (Bust 34). The dress features an Italian collar, short sleeves and a skirt in three gathered sections. The dress fastens with a side zipper closing; detail is braid and rick-rack. The blouse has a scooped, gathered neckline with a ribbon drawstring. The short sleeves are raglan, elastic casing forms self ruffles; elastic casing at the waistline also. The skirt, in three gathered sections, has a waistband, side sipper closing and rick-rack trim.

The pattern envelope is in fair condition with some discoloration from age and an old tape mark on the front. The instructions and pattern are cut and complete. I have carefully counted all the pieces, ironed as necessary and refold them, ready for you to use.
