Classic fringed buckskin suede jacket from the 1960's or perhaps even the 1950's. From the Era of Gunsmoke, John Wayne westerns and adventure movies about Daniel Boone, Davey Crocket, Jim Bowie, and Kitt Carson.

21 1/2 inches across the chest (pit to pit) and 30 inches down center of the back (collar to end of fringe). The fringe measures 4 1/4 inches long and 3/8 inch wide. Features a fringed hem, fringe across the chest and back continuing down the sleeves and fringe on the front patch pockets.

Excellent shape for it's age. All fringe is intact, there is a button missing and the red stitching has run in a few places (not noticed til up close). Classic tan buckskin unlined suede.

Great for everyday wear or as part of a costume. Perfect for western riders, whether riding a real or iron horse (remember Dennis Hopper in Easy Rider). Great wardrobe addition for the boho prairie look.
