Approximately 11" x 11" x 3/4" with routed edges.

When the pace of living was somewhat slower than what it is now, there was time for walking the dog and stopping to chat with the neighbors.

Now most people do not even know the names of their neighbors. That is so sad!

Talking about the weather, the children, the family Jack Russell terrier, these two ladies may spend hours enjoying each others company.

The stately fence, the trees and shrubs at the end of the yard and airborn geese finish this nostalgic scene from days gone by.

I have included additional photos to show the tremendous amount of detail and shading that went into the creation of this piece.

This original composition was drawn, hand-burned (not laser burned) onto a specifically chosen wood plaque, is finished with two hand-rubbed coats of tung oil and is ready to display in your home, study, den or office.

Creative time includes idea development, research, wood acquisition and preparation, sketching, woodburning, clean-up, finish application (x2), installing hanger and totals 19 hours.
