This is a 1950s Brownie Hawkeye Flash Model Camera. Kodak manufactured this model from 1950 to 1961. The Flash Model provides synchronization from the shutter to the optional flash attachment (included here). It was by far the most popular Kodak camera of the 1950s. This piece is in Very Good Condition. The black molded plastic housing is in very good condition with only a few minor rub marks on the bottom and sides where you grip the camera. No cracks or splits of any kind. The viewfinder lenses and camera lens are clean and clear edge to edge. There is a minor amount of dust on the inside surfaces of the viewfinder lenses. The advance wheel operates smoothly, as does the shutter. This camera measures 4 inches high not including the carry strap by 3 1/2 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches deep. Weight including the flash attachment is 20 ounces. The original box and instruction manual are included in your purchase price.

This is a very clean example of Kodak's most popular camera of the decade. It would make a fine addition to someone's vintage camera collection.
