Herbal Teas with Intention

EACH TEA BAG makes 1 QUART of TEA.
Directions: Add tea bag to a heat proof quart jar, pour a quart boiling water into the jar.Let it steep for at least 20 minutes (up to a day). Store unused portion in the refrigerator.
Allergy Relief: for relieve from seasonal allergies.
-INGREDIENTS: Nettle Leaves (Urtica dioica), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Calendula flowers (Calendula Arvensis), Butterbur Leaf (Petasites hybridus)
Calendula -: Is used for digestive issues. It is a calming tea and can help reduce that stressed out feeling. It can also help you relax enough so you can get a good night’s sleep. Calendula tea can also help regulate the menstrual cycle, lower a fever, and help they lymphatic system. This tea can also be used as mouthwash to help minimize a toothache.

Chamomile - Calms and relaxes, helps to relieve pain by relaxing the muscles and nerves

Cold Care Tea - Used to support immune system and help with symptom of fever, sinus congestion, and achiness. May also help with allergies and hay fever. Can use for children at a 1/4 dose.

Cramp Relief - Used for relieving cramps and painful menstruation. Will work on any cramped muscle.
-INGREDIENTS: Cramp bark (viburnum opulus), Motherwort Leaf (leonurus cardiaca), Raspberry Leaf (rubus idaeus), Yarrow (anchilia millefolium), Cinnamon Bark (cinnamomum cassia), Penny Royal (Mentha pulegium), may also have ginger root (zingiber officinale).
Digestive aid - For upset tummies and indigestion. Helps to balance and normalize digestive system.

Up Lift Tea - Mildly stimulating, may improve concentration and memory.

Lavender Tea; Calms and relaxes

Nettle and Friends - This tea is very nutritive. It adds in a lot of the vitamins & minerals that we are missing in our diet. It also used to remove interstitial fluids (relieves bloating & swelling).

Prunella (Self Heal All) tea - A cold water infusion of the freshly chopped leaves and/or flowers make a refreshing summertime beverage. It is said to lower blood sugar levels. It is an anti-inflammatory pain killer, and an anti-viral. It is used for inflammatory bowel disease, diarrhea, colic, and stomach upset and irritation. It is also used for mouth and throat ulcers, and sore throat.

Repairing Tea - Helps to heal ligaments and tendons, supports hair growth and bone development. Precautions: Has diuretic properties. May lower blood sugar, potassium & thiamine levels. Do not take if using lithium. May interact with perscription medications.
Can also be used as a hair rinse to help with hair growth, and as a relaxing foot soak which also help with athletes foot.
