Offering this beautiful long sleeved, white, cotton dress from the Edwardian era. It has a high neckline of lace and an embroidered panel down the front. There are rows of pintuck throughout the dress and on the sleeves. The dress has 2 narrow sheer lace rows at the waist and 3 on the skirt. The dress fastens in the back with buttons above the waist and hooks and eyes below the waist.
The dress has some defects as noted. The hooks and eyes in the back are rusty and there are also a few tiny rust spots on the fabric in that area. At the front of the dress below the neckline there are two rips on the embroidery panel. One of the rips is 3 3/4" long and the other one is 1/2" long. There is also a small 3/4" rip on the lace at the neck. There is a tiny hole in the skirt. I have reduced the price for these defects and hope that someone will be able to repair these problems because the dress is so beautiful and intricately made and is a size that many women today can wear.
