Oh, this is a wonderful vintage find from my latest estate sale adventure.....a set of three old-fashioned shoe buttoning devices. Remember seeing the old high top shoes with buttons up the side or across the top? Well, this is how they fastened those TINY buttons - how cool is that?

There are three different styles in this grouping - One has a tiny hook at the end with a flexible piece of metal at the end - I don't really know if the flexible piece serves a purpose (if anyone knows, feel free to convo me). The second one is one solid piece, with a loop at one end and a hook at the other. The third one has the added bonus of featuring advertising - the handle reads Standard Shoe Co. on one side, and 176 Main St., Brockton, Mass. on the other side. It has a loop on the end instead of a hook. They are all about 5" long.

Please see my profile page for purchasing and shipping policies - thanks for looking at my shop!
