Our elevated feeders are made from genuine vintage shipping crates that have been rebuilt to hold a food or water bowl. Each crate we find is selected for unique style, vintage appeal, quality, size, and durability. I take each crate apart and rebuild it to last for years as a dog feeder. The feeders are sealed for protection from water and to make the easier to clean. You can easily wipe that slobber off with a damp sponge. The bowls are removable for cleaning and are replaceable.

The inside of the feeder is open, and there are no bottoms (which tend to trap spilled food/water and get very messy). I have added extra reinforcement under the top and sides to keep them in perfect shape for you. Please keep in mind these are rustic gems, flawed from years of industrial use, cracked and split in places. I have repaired them as needed for function, but let some of the original character remain. It's a great investment - replace that plastic feeder with a great piece of history.

Elevating your dog's food bowls reduces the chances of bloat and stress on joints. It's good for them!
