The majority of our items can be personalised by using the personalisation box provided. Simply let us know in as much detail as possible. Failing this, leave us a note on your order or send us a message. Don't see what you're looking for? We offer a HUGE range of items that aren't yet listed on Etsy so simply message us and we'll see what we can do.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We can offer a gift wrapping service for all of out items... You should be given an option at checkout to add this service for a small fee. Gift wrap differs for each item, but usually consists of cellophane and bows/ribbon.

Wholesale availability

We offer wholesale prices for our items, so simply message us and let us know what quantity you're looking for. We can offer other personalised products that aren't yet listed so message us with an idea of what you're looking for, and we will generate a quote.

Air Fresheners - what can I have printed on my air freshener?

All of our airfresheners are printed on both sides, giving you an option to have different designs of your choice. Some people choose to have the same image on both sides; 2 different images; one photo and text personalisation on the other side. Just let us know in as much detail as possible, to ensure we print your item correctly.

Sexy airfreshener - what can I have printed, and how do you ensure my image is handled with discretion?

We sell sexy airfresheners due to a lot of requests, but we want to make sure that we handle your image with care. We are happy to print any kind of photo for you, from sexy photo shoots, to private photos. We recommend you email your image to us at printngift@hotmail.com to enable us to delete photos once they've been printed. We are a husband and wife run business, so we are the only ones with access to your photos. We print your design and then remove all of your images from our system to ensure complete privacy IF you are comfortable enough to send a nude to us, we are happy to print, but please remember that your item will arrive via Royal Mail, and we are not responsible for any items that are mislaid or delivered to a wrong address.

PLEASE NOTE: Air freshener should hang freely from its tie, where the scented pad doesn't touch any surfaces, clothing, or other decorative item. We take no responsibility for any residue transfer or damage to decorative items where the air-freshener touches and damages any items or surfaces.

HINTS & TIPS:
* Choose an air-freshener shape that suits your photo – We may change your shape if we can give you a better outcome.
* Vibrant colours give the best results.
* The holes and shapes are pre-cut, so please ensure your image doesn't contain vital detail at the top centre. Eg someone's face that will end up with a hole in it.
* Photos direct from phones and cameras are best - screenshots and Facebook photos can result in poor image quality and we do not take responsibility if you are unhappy with the result.
* Photos in natural, bright light are best - photos taken in low level light or have been brightened AFTER will show up VERY dark - We may contact you if your image is going to produce a poor-quality print.
* Unedited photos are going to give us more freedom to get you a better outcome, so if you think your photo needs cropping, brightening, or adjusting in any way, please leave this to us, as we can adjust it specifically for our settings.
* Please note that our quality air-fresheners are made from compressed fibres to allow for a solid base for the scent to absorb. Therefore, you will naturally get some bleeding of the colours. We will do everything we can to minimise this for you.

I ordered 2 of the air fresheners and informed the seller that I needed them by the end of the week to which she had send them out the next day and I received them the following day. So very fast delivery which I appreciate. the photos have came out lovely and they smell amazing, so chuffed. They are both birthday presents which I know the recipients will love
