This 4 sided dichroic glass cabochon is 1 1/4" x 1 1/8" x 1/8" thick (32mm x 28mm x 4mm). The predominant colors are golds, red and brown. The back is black. This cab is thinner because it does not have a clear glass covering. The dichroic glass pieces were shaped by hand and fused in place onto a black glass rectangle. The shape is irregular.

Created in my home studio, this cab has been properly kiln-fired and annealed for strength and durability.

This cabochon can be used with bead embroidery, beadweaving or silverwork and wire techniques or a bail can be attached so that it can be worn as a pendant.

If you would like a silver or gold plated bail attached, please state this through a convo to me before placing the order. The price will be increased by $2.00 to cover the cost of the bail and it will take one extra day for the process.

Dichroic glass pieces are very difficult to photograph because of the reflective properties of the glass. I have done my best to portray them as they really look, but they really are more beautiful in person. Please remember that different monitors display colors differently.
