an elegant, shadowy teal velvet gown with detailed ivory beading. capped, puffed sleeves, ruched bust over fitted waist panel, flowing skirt cut on bias. two v-shaped pockets with beading details, partial zip closure on left side. unlined. a design of F.O.G.A (the Fashion Originators Guild of America). very good vintage condition: there is a small section of beading missing from the top of the left breast (see fourth photo for details) and some very light spotting to the velvet throughout.
