Follow these care instructions to look after your custom-printed T-shirt products.

1. Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

2. Tumble dry low or hang dry for the longest life.

3. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

4. Do not dry clean.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–6 business days
● Europe: 6–12 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Do note that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to my production partner's historical shipping data for deliveries to your area.

The estimated delivery time (EDT) is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

● Issues with print/embroidery files
● Products being out of stock
● Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

That being said, my production partner works their hardest to meet their delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with me, I’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed

If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:

● Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons I can’t predict. I understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

● Get in touch with me. Let me know about your delayed shipment and I’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. I may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items.

If any of these apply, please contact me and I’ll sort that out for you.

Do note that no refund will be offered for delayed shipment.

Please do understand that although my production partner does their best to ship products within estimates, they wouldn't be able to guarantee that the carrier will deliver the item/s on time.

As of 1 Aug 2022, under the "Purchase Protection Program for Sellers", once the order is confirmed and payment made, I will not be able to change the shipping address anymore. I am only able to ship the order to the address provided on Etsy. Thus, please double-check your address before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by the customer, it’ll be returned to my production partner.

When that happens, I will reach out to the customer and If the customer wants me to reship the order, they will need to confirm the correct address with me.

Do note that new shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

Thus, please kindly double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

All unclaimed returns will be donated to charity.

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore PlusAdore reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Please do understand that all my products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. As it is made-to-order, I do not offer an exchange or return.

For apparel products:
As sizes vary between brands, it is advisable to double-check with the size guide chart provided in the product list before placing the order.
