This small, elegant vase by Holmegaard is made of a lovely gray, smoked glass. It is dated 1962. It is signed with the intertwined initials PL, indicating that it was designed by Per Lutken.

The vase is in very good vintage condition with no chips. There is some surface scratching on the bottom of the vase, as well as two small scratches on the side of the vase. Because of their subtlety and the nature of the glass, I tried but was unable to photograph the scratches in a way that captured them. The black specks in the photographs are air bubbles in the glass. The scratches on the bottom can be seen well in the 5th image, but the black smudges inside the vase itself are just a bit of dirt that wasn’t visible to me until I photographed it. This is not damage.

The vase measures approximaately 4 ½” high, 11” in circumference, and has a 1 ½” diameter opening.
