Shipping

Almost all stock items are shipped within 3-5 days of receiving your order. I'm delighted to work with your time frame on custom or special event items if at all possible. Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within the United States (delivery approximately 5 days), and via USPS First Class International Mail to Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, and the United Kingdom. I ship USPS First Class International Mail to anywhere else in the world. For international shipments please allow at least 5-30 days for your package to arrive and be aware that there may be customs delays beyond my control. Tracking is included for every shipment and you will be provided a number by email when your package ships. If you have any question about your delivery please contact me.

When necessary, shipping can be upgraded to Priority Mail to expedite an order. If you need to expedite your shipment, please contact me before payment and I will edit the listing to include the additional charges.

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for all duties, taxes & customs fees assessed by your customs agent. Please be aware of the laws and fees associated with shopping abroad that your country deems applicable.

AGAIN, IF YOUR PURCHASE IS FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION PLEASE LET ME KNOW AT TIME OF PURCHASE ~ I WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MEET YOUR DATE INCLUDING ADJUSTING THE SHIPPING METHOD WITH YOUR APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR ADVISE YOU IMMEDIATELY IF I CANNOT.

For custom orders I set up a custom listing and request full payment before beginning your order. Should you wish to cancel your custom order, please let me know by convo within 2 days of placing it to receive a full refund.

If you have changes I will do my very best to accommodate. However, there may be additional charges. I can advise you of these before the changes are made and will need your approval before continuing.


A NOTE ABOUT OUR SEA VELVET SECTION:

You will find both natural sea glass and Sea Velvets in this section.

I will explicitly state in the description whether or not an item is natural sea or beach glass or if it is Sea Velvet.

Sea velvet is made with recycled glass and put through a man-made process that simulates the effect of many years of erosion by Mother Nature and the Sea. It gives you the look and feel of natural sea glass without the expensive price tag. It's a beautiful look!
