We strongly advise to double check your address before placing an order. We ship only to the address provided by customer during check out. Addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped.

If you had a change of mind or the item is no longer needed please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods to authorize a return. We will accept items back in the same condition received up to 14 days from date of delivery. Items that are not returnable include handmade jewelry (all of our jewelry is custom made to fit you) twine, cord or trim that has been opened, cut, used or unravelled. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not do exchanges or trades, return for refund only.

We apologise in advance if the item you received is broken or you were sent a wrong item by human error. In order to correct the issue swiftly please upload a photo clearly showing what you received and let me know if you prefer a refund or replacement. 

If you cannot upload a photo I will be happy to send a pre paid return label for you to print out. I will inspect the merchandise upon return and if the items are found to be faulty as you described you will receive a full refund. If the goods are found to not be faulty you will receive a refund for goods minus shipping costs we paid to return them.

We aim to accurately represent our products but what you receive may be slightly different from what the photo shows due to shades of color, thickness, length and texture varying between batches during the manufacturing process. Tie knots, variations in color, natural flaws and flyways are characteristic of hemp and are not considered faulty. We are unable to offer a refund or replacement for natural fiber products unless the product is returned to us in the same condition it was received. Items that have been cut, used, unravelled or have torn packaging cannot be accepted for return. Please contact us before purchasing If you are unsure what product is right for your project.

All of the beads in our shop are listed as accurately as possible in millimeters but please note all sizes are approximate and may vary slightly. Bone beads are hand carved, seed beads are close out stock and there are many variations in size, color between strands and batches. 

Please understand we are not responsible to replace or refund unless the item is significantly not as described. (The bead was listed as 16mm but you received 10mm, you ordered red but received green) We do not issue refunds because you found the size was slightly smaller or larger according to your ruler, or doesn't fit the cord you are working with. Customers are responsible to calculate all measurements and choose the right size bead they need.

Please measure around wrist, ankle or neck to length you want the jewelry to be and note the measurement in inches. The length you provide is how long the macrame part will be not including the clasp.

Example: If you order a 9 inch anklet the macrame part from knot to knot at each end will measure 9 inches. The clasp will allow you to adjust longer but not shorter.

If you are not sure what size to order or are unclear on how to measure please contact me before ordering so I can help you. Once jewelry is completed it cannot be altered so I cannot replace or refund unless I am at fault.
