Nikki Blanchard from the Moontide Workshop used to make these fabulous etched and sandblasted pendants from gemstones and glass. I loved her work, but alas - she is no longer producing. I am lucky to have this gorgeous labradorite coin bead of hers. It's etched with a beautiful evergreen pattern on one side and polished on the reverse. Drilled through to accept a headpin.

This is a substantial labradorite, with nuances of blue flash and excellent texture. It measures about 1.25" in diameter and is subtly carved as well, so it's not just flat on each side. Please note that this stone is *not* chipped, but has some areas where the stone itself has been shaved away as part of the etching process, so there are areas which are polished and areas which are matte. All of it lends an organic and textural quality to this piece. Just a beautiful, beautiful piece.

I paid $48 from her directly. You will pay less.
