He's a white, gold, & black painted 10" soldier returned from battle! (9" without his hat). This slim English veteran clutching his spyglass was maybe an aftershave or perfume bottle (unknown maker or brand, contents empty). He has a gold and black trim paint that has chips, and the white paint on his face is worn as shown in photo. Stamp 2 circled is on the base of the glass figurine, manufacturing number says 3037m. He's a rare soldier.
