Is a receipt or invoice in the box? I wouldn't want them to know how much their gift cost.

Don't worry, we're aware majority of the time our hampers are purchased as gifts so we don't add an invoice inside the package. All order confirmations & receipts are emailed directly to you.

What is the expiry date on the food items?

Food items have at least 2 weeks before their best before or use by date. We source products of the highest quality from a number of manufacturers for your special hamper.

I made a mistake on my address/personalised message! What shall I do?

Please contact us immediately if you input an incorrect delivery address. The delivery can't be rerouted once we have dispatched. Please double check your gift message & address! If a hamper is sent out & delivered to an incorrect address we can only send it back out, once we receive a return (if we do!). We can't offer a refund for such mistakes. If the package is returned to us, we can re-send, this is subject to a fee. If you make an error on your personalised message, contact us via Etsy message with the correction within 3 hours. We want your gift to be perfect, however unfortunately we are unable to proof read every individual message for typos or mistakes. We won't edit anything ourselves without you telling us to!

As an approximation the larger size hamper packages can measure up to 40x30x15 (someone will need to be home for delivery) & letterbox hampers are approx 34x24cm (able to fit through letterboxes) both packed to the brim with goodies! :)

What delivery service do you use?

We currently use either an efficient fully tracked Courier service or the reliable Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour. Delivery is usually within 3 working days. If you'd like the delivery later than this or around a specific date, please do let us know. We will aim to deliver your item on just before then (please remember we need at least 2 working days to tailor make your gift so the sooner you order the better). We can also add a 'Don't Open Until Specified Date' label on your package to make sure your items are opened by your recipient on the date you intend. Drop us a message if you’d like this. Remember, as with all items on Etsy there is a processing time *in addition to* a delivery time which is the time 'in transit'.

What happens if the recipient isn't at home?

Don't worry! Standard procedures apply. The Courier will either leave the parcel with a neighbour or reattempt delivery another day. For the Royal Mail service: The parcel will either be left with a neighbour or stored safely at the local Customer Service Point. Your recipient will be notified of this with a card notifying them of the missed delivery & options to rearrange the delivery to their address/local collection point/post office/their local CSP.

How can I inform you of any special requirements or make a request?

Simple, just drop us a message & we'll do our best to tailor to your requests. The sooner you contact us the better, either before you place your order or just after.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Unfortunately as a general rule we currently do not deliver outside the UK. However we have posted to Ireland & Europe in the past. We would be happy to look in to shipping within Europe (depending on custom restrictions). Please contact us for a postage quote.

Will I receive exactly what's in the photos?

Please read the item description. Photos are a close guide of the awesome hamper you'll receive, of course the hampers are appropriately (but beautifully!) packed for postage. We take time to ensure the hamper looks beautiful. Items mentioned in each listing will be included. Brands/flavour/scent/colour and individual item sizes may vary. We source our products from various high quality brands to deliver a truly special gift from you. Baskets used are either wicker white/honey/natural or bamboo. These are varied per hamper too. We remind you to read the listing carefully & feel free to message if you have any questions.

How are your items packaged for postage?

We are trying to be as eco friendly as possible (still working on it!) Our larger hampers are packed in recycled or reused cardboard boxes. The letterbox hampers arrive in mailing bags which are recyclable.
