Super cute 1940s World War 2 era pattern for a house dress (made according to fabric rationing standards) with a button on/removable apron. A Hostess day dress or afternoon outfit maker set!

Non-printed pattern pieces and an instruction sheet inside.
Size is Medium.

No copyright date. Unused with original factory folds!
Amazing object, very fragile.

*A note about pre WW2 patterns: Everyone knew how to sew once upon a time, so instructions were either nonexistent or pretty straightforwardly printed on the back of the envelope. Instruction sheets are not neccesarily missing, just fyi. The oldies are for advanced sewers!
My advice for using antique patterns: Carefully flatten out each piece on top of new paper and trace them. Store the old pattern. Use the new one.
