This posting is for one small stoneware vase. This vase began it's journey as a block of stoneware clay. I formed it's shape on a potter's wheel and glazed it in a beautiful greenish-yellow hue. Before the firing process, I hand-painted on tiny blue spots, which adorn the exterior surface. These spots were created using blue slip (liquid clay applied like paint before going into the kiln). The interior is pale yellow. The glaze tappers off towards the bottom of the vase, revealing the brown tones of the stoneware clay.

Measurements: Aprox 4.5in at widest point, 1.5in opening at rim, 4.5in tall. Stoneware fired at Cone 10. Dishwasher safe, water-tight.

Thanks for looking!
