This sea glass pendant is made with a large and beautiful, chunky seafoam coastal gem from the NE of England where a Victorian glass factory once operated. This sea glass is called a bubble in England due to its round shape.

This type of sea glass is sometimes referred to as English "end-of-day" sea glass. This glass was leftover after a day's worth of glass making, tossed into the North Sea at the end of the day. It could be well over 100 years old!

It is wire wrapped in Argentium sterling silver using my Narragansett Weave design. The top is reminiscent of a basket weave while the bottom is inspired by the waves found on Narragansett Bay where I live.

Argentium is an improved sterling silver that replaces some of the copper with an element called germanium. The result is a premium sterling silver, one-of-a-kind seaglass jewelry piece that is more resistant to tarnishing.

This sea glass is 100% genuine beachcombed, naturally surf-tumbled by the ocean exclusively. Its shape and texture have not been altered and it is as it was when found on the beach.
