FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS - ITEM RETURNED TO SENDER

Failure to pay VAT, respond to notices left by carriers, or other instances where delivery was attempted but not picked up may result in the package returning to KCO Vintage. 1970s vintage cream and black long duster top with choker neckline, fitted button down bodice and open from the waist down revealing a cute pair of hot pant pull on shorts. The shorts have an elastic waistband, no pockets, the top has gathered slightly puffed shoulders and seams at the bodice. The fabric is likely an Acetate Rayon blend, it has an opaque crepe-like weave, is on the lightweight side with black velvet like microdot floral pattern throughout. The fabric does not stretch and is unlined. The choker collar is attached and comes together with buttons and loops. This unique set was not handmade as it has the remnants of one small purple paper tag that was cut out and looks similar to many other tags from the 1970s I come across. This has been hand washed-no holes, stains, smells, rips etc. Really a one of a kind outfit!
