There is nothing like a handmade present - especially one that you build with your own two hands!
Using this detailed and illustrated 14-page instruction kit, you can build a toy that will wow any small child and leave you feeling happy about your green building practices. With recylced cardboard, wire hangers from the dry cleaner, and odds and ends you may already have around the house, you will construct a functional kitchen that is adorable and remarkably sturdy.
Corrugated cardboard is an incredibly strong and durable material (no wonder Frank Lloyd Wright built furniture out of it!), yet is at the same time very lightweight and portable. This kitchen maximizes those qualities by being able to always be disassembled and reassembled in minutes! No glue, no nails, no screws - instead, it is held together with a few clever joins that I designed.
The dimensions of the finished kitchen are:
30" width
22" countertop height
38" total height
It is perfect for a toddler or preschooler.
The instruction kit is available as a hardcopy document sent in the mail (to the U.S. or Canada only), as a PDF file emailed as an attachment, or as a file that you can download from MediaFire directly onto your computer. Please specify which you prefer when you place your order.
