Lovely set of metis linen teatowels. They date from around the 1950s and have never been used - a charming piece of French fabric history. Unbleached fabric in a pale cream colour, with a row of three bright red woven stripes down each side.

Metis is a traditional French mix of linen and cotton; characterful, hard wearing but soft too. These tea towels will make short work of your drying up, of course, but would also be perfect for cushions to jazz up your sofas and armchairs.

Price is per piece but please convo me if you'd like more than one and I'll make a listing for you.

Laundered and ready for use.

Weight: 115 grams

Approximate dimensions: 28 inches (88 cm) x 23 inches (60 cm)
