A very special and very original tea cup here.
It's from E. Bourgeois, Paris, 21 rue Drouot.
This company started in 1863 in Paris and used to import faience and porcelain from everywhere in France and also from England. This on is from France, it's marked under each piece.
A collectible piece!

This cup with saucer was maybe made in the beginning of the 20th century or even earlier when artists were influenced by Asia and Eastern countries. The pattern here is not european and looks very exotic, quite Art Nouveau considering the shape of the handle.
The thema is stylized flowers in dark yellow, black, grey and blue. The handle is decorated whit gold.
The porcelain is white.

Condition is good, no chips or cracks, only some faded parts in the pattern as you can see on picture 5. In general, the printing of the drawings isn't precise.

Mesurements:
cup: 3,1" (8cm) wide
saucer: 5,7" (14,5cm) wide.

Of course, I protect your item very carefully for a really safe packing and I always use a tracking number so we can follow the package for more security.
Payments are easily made with Paypal!
