Beautiful Spalted Birch Tree Branch Buttons with lovely white bark . Set of 5 with 2 holes. These are gorgeous buttons, cut then sanded smooth and finished in a natural tung oil and lightly coated in organic beeswax and orange oil. These wood buttons are a wonderful alternative to plastic or mass produced closures. Measuring approximately 2 inches (51 mm) and 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) thick. They are a nice solid wooden button that will give a wonderful accent to any beautiful yarn or sewn creation.

Birch wood has surprisingly beautiful grain and looks quite dramatic against a contrasting color. The spalting adds a uniqueness that you won't find in other buttons. I'm sure you will love the way these look as much as I do. These 5 buttons have a unique shape and are 2 inches or 51 mm in diameter. Just starting to spalt their dark grains really pop out at you. Each has 2 holes for your yarn, crochet, knitting or sewing project. Try them out on your special project. Ideal for sweaters, cowls, knit or sewn bags, or any project that requires a beautiful wooden button.
