By purchasing and installing Laurie Furnell's digital art/kits/printables/clipart (hereafter known as the Product), you are agreeing that the Product is the property of Laurie Furnell and licensed to you as a single user. Individual images may not be posted online, only as part of a completed project. No part of this product may ever be shared in digital form, including digital embroidery, digital stamps, digital brushes, etc. without written permission.

YOU MAY:

*Modify the Product for your own personal use.
*Print as many items as you wish for personal use.
*Print and create finished, hand-crafted items to sell in limited quantities (200) with the following restrictions:
---Items are to be in non-digital format. For example, you may produce candy bar wrappers but not digital templates or printables for candy bar wrappers; you may produce greeting cards, but not digital templates or printables of greeting cards.
--You must make them yourself with NO employees or mass production equipment.
--You may sell them at craft shows, booths in craft mall stores, boutiques, or websites. Please give credit on websites.
--You may not use my photographs or product shots for marketing--you must use your own photo of the actual product handmade by you.

YOU MAY NOT:

* Share, loan, rent, resell, or distribute the original digital Product or the modified digital Product or any image or part taken from the product either individually or in a collection, as digital kits, freebies or file share in any form.
*Use the Product for brushes, stamps or other digital products in software programs such as Photoshop.
*Use the Product to make web designs or blog designs, templates, or websets without written permission.
*Use the Product to make & resell 3d collage sheets, rubber stamps, stencils, fabrics or patterns--such as embroidery and sewing patterns-- without written permission.
*Use the Product to make items to sell wholesale to any kind of store or website.
*Claim the Product as your own or use in any derivative work for resale or freebies.
*Use any Product or part of the Product for Print on Demand stores (POD) such as Zazzle or Cafe Press.
*Use my photos or product shots to promote your finished items.
