All mask orders are made to order, meaning I have no pre-made inventory. That means you are free to request any personalizations for your mask, from fabric color, to vinyl color, to the color of the inside lining! Just leave a note in your order with your desired personalization - to see all of the fabrics & vinyl I have on hand, please view my custom mask listing. Please message me for further details to make sure your personalization can be done.

Measuring instructions are included in each listing. The standard sizing is as listed below:

-5" from nose bridge to chin for women (or the OSFA Teen/Women)
-5.5" from nose bridge to chin for men (or the OSFA Men)
-MEASURED SIZES NOT RECOMMENDED FOR KIDS

Please use a flexible measuring tape & measure in front of a mirror or a friend for the most accurate measurement. Do not measure an existing mask. If you have any further questions, please message me!

Additional OSFA sizing advice:

-OSFA Young Kids (3-6): recommended for kids ages 3-6.
-OSFA Kids (7-12): recommended for faces measuring 5" and under
-OSFA Teen/Women: recommended for faces measuring between 5" and 5.5"
-OSFA Men: recommended for faces measuring over 5.5"

Hand wash warm or cold with detergent for best results. Machine wash delicate cold in a garment bag with a mild detergent, do not use bleach. Allow to air dry, dryer not recommended. Do not dry clean. Iron on cotton setting, make sure to protect vinyl portion with a presser cloth. Do not iron on vinyl directly. Due to the nature of cotton, minimal shrinkage may occur, however each mask is assembled with prewashed cotton to avoid this. Avoid laundering in hot water as this may weaken the vinyl's adhesion.

Issues with vinyl peeling: vinyl can be set back in place with a household iron. Iron on highest setting with a presser cloth over the vinyl portion. Improper care of the vinyl will cause it to wrinkle and peel over time.

Unfortunately no. Face masks are considered intimate items, so I would not be able to re-sell a face mask after it has arrived to its buyer. I receive 15-20 orders a day, and because I work alone on every order, I am not able to handle exchanges and returns for every customer who requests one on top of my regular workload. In respect to my time and my other customers, please make sure to double check your measurement or select a OSFA size in order to avoid this problem.

Please double check your measurement! I have found that the majority of people tend to measure incorrectly the first time, the most common first measurement being 4.5" or 7". My pattern only runs between 4.75" - 6.5" because they are designed for the average range of adult faces. It is very unlikely for anyone to be outside of this range, however if you are confident in your measurement, please select a OSFA instead as I cannot alter the measured pattern outside of what I offer.

Additional note: MEASURED SIZES ARE DESIGNED FOR ADULTS! If you are purchasing for a child, please purchase the OSFA Kids masks instead.

I am not affiliated with USPS and am unable to assist with packages after they have updated to "In Transit" in USPS's system. In any situation concerning tracking or delivery, I recommend checking the USPS website or contacting your local USPS location directly for a solution.

Currently I have been completing & sending orders out 6-7 days after purchasing (including non-business days). USPS First Class mail can take another 4-5 days for delivery, not factoring in delays USPS typically face during the holidays. I currently do not do rush orders, so I would highly recommend upgrading to Priority shipping if you need your order to arrive by a certain date.

No. The length of the masks are not meant to correlate exactly with your face measurement, as they are patterned to have extra space for breathing and speaking comfortably. My last image on every listing shows a side by side of a generic adult mask and my 6” mask template (measuring 9” down the center) to show that my masks run very large, and a warning that I do not generally recommend the 6” and above sizes for most people. Please note that I do not offer a 9” size mask either, which means the mask sizes are not based on how long they are down the middle. Please double check your measurement upon placing your order and understand there is a risk of the 6" and above mask sizes not fitting well on an average adult face.
