Order Instructions

2. Place your order
3. Click “contact seller” button to message us. Send us multiple pictures of your pet. Our team will use the best picture for the portrait. If the pictures are not ideal, we will inform you to get the best possible photo of your pet.
4. We will send you a preview for approval. Our designer team will work hard until you get the most astonishing artwork of your pet! We will make as many revisions as necessary until it is perfect. The portrait won’t be printed before we get your approval.
5. As soon as your approval is confirmed, the portrait will be printed and shipped to you if you purchased a printed version. If you bought the digital file, you will receive a high-quality picture by email.
6- If the size you need is not offered, and you could get this design printed by yourself. We provide a digital file of this design(final version of the design), in any print size needed. Please select "Digital File" from the options, & send us your custom details and size dimensions needed via Etsy message

There is NO Character Limit on text; however, use an example as your guide; font sizes will be adjusted accordingly. Proofs are generally sent out within 24 hours after your order is placed. Proofs will be sent to your Etsy Account; please be watching for these to avoid delays.

NOTE: We will NOT print until you approve any & all customized products.
First proof gets approved with 95% of customer's orders and shipped out soon after; we will provide free revisions included with the product price until you're happy with the final proof.

Return Policy

We gladly exchange any defective item(s), and ship you a replacement at any time within 30 days after you receive your item(s); Due to the nature of these products, there are NO Refunds.
