ITEM DESCRIPTION: We promise that this milk glass cock-a-doodle-doer won't wake you up at the break of dawn. Caught in all his puffed up splendor by a master glass designer over eighty years ago, he's a loyal companion for your sideboard or kitchen counter.

DECOR STORY: Westmoreland is the creator of the definitive version of this classic covered dish. It's surprisingly versatile and blends well with retro kitchens, country antique decor, and milk glass collections. This dish in not a reproduction. It was originally painted and the pigment has either worn off or been removed.

CONDITION: Excellent, with no chips or cracks; the mark is clear and crisp (see picture five).

SIZE: 8.5” high, by about 5.5” wide and 3.5” deep.

CIRCA: 1930s-1940s
