Original antique hardware with an art deco flair!

Rescued from a demolished home; hidden under layers of old paint. I have cleaned them up as best I could without using harsh chemicals or power tools. I believe them to be from the 1930s, but there is no date or maker's mark.
Faceplate 7 1/4" x 2 1/4" at the widest point.

Worth having re-plated for total glamor! However, they have great patina, character and old time charm as they are. Faceplate brass plated metal, maybe steel and a bit of the finish has rubbed off over time, spots and other signs of wear, as shown in photos.

2" knob pressed glass with a star burst design and brass -- I think the base of the knob is solid brass, but have not tested it. Refracts light beautifully!

The faceplate and knob were on the same door, so I am assuming they were originally installed together.

See photos for condition, sold as is. Not sold for use by children. Sold as antique items for collector's interest only. Price includes one doorknob and one faceplate; spindle not included. Check my shop for more vintage hardware!
