Here is a mix of authentic tumbled sea pottery found on the beautiful, wild Scottish coastline.

They come as found- I do not do anything to them other than give them a gentle rinse in mild soapy water.

Scottish Spongeware pottery was made between circa 1840 and 1920 by a number of different factories, most notably in Kirkcaldy, Fife.

It refers to a pottery object with decoration applied with a sponge, often cut to a particular pattern. These were dipped in colour, applied, then fired again.

These would be perfect for any number of projects including jewellery design and mosaics.

Each piece is one of a kind.

These are the actual pieces you will receive, packaged carefully.

Please look at the 5 pence piece for sizing guidance. It measures the same as the US dime in diameter - 18mm/0.7inch.

Many thanks.
