Okay 10 year olds, chuckle at the name and get it our of your systems...done? Good because Uranus has enough to deal with as it is. It's rotation is all jacked up for one. Sometimes Uranus' north pole is pointing at the sun! If that happened on Earth we'd be in for some nasty weather indeed. Plus, it's got like 15 satellites and some rings to take care of, some of which are tryin to be all geologically complex. Next, it's named after the most ancient of the Greek gods whose fate was to be castrated by his son, Cronus. And if that's already not enough of a drag for this planet, it's all super gassy all the time with hydrogen helium and methane. So do me a favor, the next time you see this guy, say something nice will ya? "Lookin Sharp Ury!" or " Hey Uranus, some friends were coming over for an X-Files marathon, I made some hummus and I know you like root beer, you should come over!"
