Overall I am very happy with my buying experience with this shop. I ordered a Zippo lighter and the shopowner was able to work with me and get exactly what I wanted engraved! Fabulous customer service. One thing I do have to note is that, upon inspection, there is a small (and I mean pretty tiny) knick in the metal of the lighter. It doesn't interfere with the engraving and I'm sure my boyfriend won't even notice it. However, it could have come from the Zippo manufacturer with this imperfection. Regardless, I would order from Dav's again. Thank you for the awesome and friendly service! And great work!
