Ah vintage keys, what can I say? Classy, vintage, Victorian. I love them ... a lot. This square wedding save the date card features a full collage of skeleton keys.

This save the date includes (measurements in inches):
• 5x5 save the date card
• 5x5 shimmery gray envelope with your return address printed

This save the date measures 5"x5" and features antique keys printed on a shimmery champagne gold card stock. The save the date is also mounted onto a slightly darker gold to add depth to your design.

*Note - square envelopes do cost more to mail!

I wholeheartedly believe that every invitation deserves to be custom, that's why you shop with a real live person that prints each invite by hand right?

Every invitation in my shop includes:

- changes to ink and paper colors
- changes to fonts
- hand picked letter styles for fancy fonts with multiple letter options
- convert a flat invite to pocket or vice versa
- changes to the wording
- design of addition of insert cards not pictured

You will be charged an additional fee for:
- custom designs started from scratch (starts at $150 - price varies based on complexity of design)
- major revisions to the overall layout (starts at $35 - price varies based on changes requested)
- complete graphic changes (starts at $35 - price varies based on changes requested)
- guest addressing ($0.25 per envelope)
- double sided printing (starts at $0.25 - varies based on paper size)
- the use of graphics that I don’t already own (usually between $5-$15)

TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR INVITATION .... click on either "Request a Custom Order" or "Ask a Question" up at the top of this listing and let me know what you need!

Before you start, I highly recommend reading through my Wedding Stationery Catalog found here (copy and paste the link):

1. PURCHASE PROOFING DEPOSIT - Purchase this $50 deposit listing by clicking “Add to Cart” and complete checkout. Your deposit and shipping will be applied towards your final balance.

As you check out with your deposit you'll see a box where you can enter some notes. In that box let me know:
a. how many you need
b. when you need them by
c. any colors you'd like to change
d. any pieces you want to take out or add in
e. if you'd like to purchase them assembled (I tape together, you stuff, seal and send) or a DIY kit (I print and cut everything, you tape it together)
f. if you need to drastically change the price to fit your budget, let me know what your ideal budget would be and what parts of the invitation you absolutely must have (i.e. invite, RSVP, pocket, etc.)

After your deposit, I'll draft a sketch of your design with any changes that you are making to the design and we'll talk about a timeline. This deposits are refundable up until proofing begins.

2. PAPER DEPOSIT - CUSTOM LISTING - I'll need a second payment that is 50% of your order before I order paper. Most of my brides choose to do this shortly after a deposit is in so that paper arrives in a timely manner, but if you have time and need to spread payments out, I can do that as well, just know that paper takes about 7-10 days to ship and will not be ordered until you reach a total deposit of 50%.

3. WORDING - As soon as your initial deposit is in and we confirm the details of both your order and payment schedule you can send your wording in either via email or Etsy.

4. PROOF REVIEW - Upon receiving your deposit and wording, proofs will be carefully designed and then sent to you within 2 business days. Nothing is printed until I have your final proof approval. We'll continue to work on your design until it is perfect - please expect this to take about 1-2 weeks. The more organized you are with your wording, the faster it usually goes.

5. PRINTING - Once I have your approval, printing will begin. Printing takes 1-2 weeks. {Rush orders are available for an additional 15% plus the cost of rush shipping the paper in}

6. FINAL PAYMENT - Your remaining balance plus shipping is due before your invitations ship out.

7. SHIPPING - All orders are insured and ship Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days domestically and 10-15 business days internationally. You will receive tracking information as soon as it ships. Expedited shipping is available if needed.

*Standard orders take about 4-6 weeks.

Sample sets are available so you can experience my high quality materials and gorgeous design work in person before placing your full order. To order a sample select either "Sample - Assembled" or "Sample - DIY kit" from the drop down menu.

I don't always have samples of every invitation in stock. If the one you order is out of stock, I will contact you with an estimated timeline (usually about 2 weeks). If you are unsatisfied with the delay, your order will be refunded or replaced with a similar item.

Samples cannot be customized in any way, however I am more than happy to include swatches of any additional colors you might want to see. Please note that some of my samples are overprints from a previous order - the colors and general layout will be the same as the listing, but the names and information may not match.

I have found that a lot of my brides are crafty enough for a little DIY work, but are intimidated by the process of designing a full invitation. I can help! Perhaps the easiest way to save a bit on my invitations is to purchase them as a DIY kit. I do all of the printing and cutting, but leave it for you to assemble. I don't provide the tape, but do have recommended brands and methods that I am happy to share with you. A fully assembled version is always included in your order to show you where each of the pieces goes.

You can find the DIY kit pricing in the price drop down menu up top.

All invites purchased as "Assembled" come to you taped together, ready to stuff the insert cards, stamp the envelopes, seal and send. Note - belly bands come flat packed and are part of your seal and send process.

I DO NOT sell digital prints of any of my invitations.

I use the Envelopments brand of paper that is designed specifically for stationery and wedding invitations. I have over 250 colors available in matte, shimmery and patterned papers. Paper weight ranges from 80 lb - 130 lb cover weight.

Prices vary by color and size so I do give individual quotes for every order.

For a full list of colors available, please see this listing:

A budget is SO important and I want to do what I can to make sure you stay right on track. Paper pricing varies so much based on the type of paper, paper size, and labor involved. I can adjust nearly any design to fit a variety of price points. If you need to trim down the cost, we can consider taking out pockets, backings or envelope printing. You can still make an invitation beautiful on a budget.

Use your save the date and additional pieces to set the tone for your big day and create consistency. This set currently has a few coordinating pieces designed to match. I would be happy to design others as you need them.

If you need to get your order faster than the timeline stated above, I do offer rush orders. Rush orders will incur 2 additional fees:

1. An additional 15% or $25, whichever is greater

2. Charges associated with rush shipping the paper in. This varies from about $30-$100 depending on the speed of shipping. I will give you options before I order

Placing a rush order means that your order is at the top of my priority list for both design and printing. Excessive changes to the design, incomplete information or delays in replying to messages on your end will delay the process.
I have found that a lot of my brides are crafty enough for a little DIY work, but are intimidated by the process of designing a full invitation. If you purchase a DIY kit, I will print and cut everything, but leave it for you to tape the layers of paper together. I'll always include one together so you know what it will look like!

You can find the DIY kit pricing in the price drop down menu up top.

*Belly bands are always shipped flat for you to wrap and tape as you mail them out. Lace belly bands come to you sewn together and ready to wrap.
Most of my orders I print in house with digital printing.

I do also have an outside printer that I can use for:
- digital metallic gold
- digital metallic silver
- letterpress
- thermography
- embossing
- debossing
- foil
Yes! I will send you as many proofs via PDF that we need until you are happy with your design.

Printed proofs are an additional $25 and take about 2 weeks to arrive.
I am incredibly picky about how my orders are printed and I value the end product, so I do not sell digital files.
I have over 250 paper colors to choose from so the options are endless!

You can see all of the current paper colors in the wedding stationery catalog found here:

Patterns and some specialty papers are not listed, if you don't see something you like there, just ask and I'll try to find it for you!
