This interesting dress started life as a wedding dress. The fabric just wasn't cleaning as well as I wanted it to, so it took a bath in some dye and came out beautifully. The various types of fabric and lace each dyed a different shade, so there are layers of color all over.

Unfortunately, it did not dye evenly on the skirt, and the price reflects the uneven look. Open the pictures as large as you can to see what the camera captured.

This dress would be great as a Victorian or steampunk costume.

This is a small dress and was tight on my size 2 mannequin. Waist is about a 26" and the bust is about 34". The dress is shown bustled up, but it has a moderate length train.
