Pin Up Girl Lunchbox -- A vintage lunch box with a hand painted pin up girl adorning one side.

The black dome-top lunchbox is typical of the sort that was carried by working men in the 1940s and '50s. One side of the lunchbox has a hand painted pin-up girl -- a buxom brunette dressed in a grey-blue dress with red trim. She has a red beret perched on top of her head and red earrings and necklace. Her shoes repeat the grey-blue dress color and have red bows. Her flesh tone is a dark pink.
The lunchbox has a chromed steel handle and latches and is painted with a black enamel paint. The interior is white and has the wire hook to hold in a thermos.

Measures 10 1/2 inches wide, 7 inches tall, 4 1/2 inches deep.
The black paint on the lunchbox is quite worn and there is light corrosion; the bottom is especially worn. Someone has also scratched the initials "R B" on the back side. The interior has some rust inside -- especially in the corners. The handle and latches also show some corrosion. The latches work well. The pin up has some scratches to the paint.
