A sterling silver pin dated 1923, that belonged to my grandmother Bessie Fidler when she attended Ball Teachers College in Muncie, Indiana. A long history of change was involved in this school from it's origination in 1899 as a private school called the Eastern Indiana Normal School, to today.... as Ball State University. The Ball brothers of the Ball Corporation (Ball Mason Jars) were integral in rescuing the school at a point of foreclosure, and it continues to thrive to this day.

This pin is so classy looking, with just enough patina to reflect it's age. It is 2 inches long. Looks very striking on a hat, lapel, or even a handbag. Own a piece of history as well as a beautiful accessory.
