"This will make you blush"
This cute little twirl skirt is made from a blue rib knit and pink upcycled sheeting. I have pleated the pink fabric and attached it to the knit to create such a fun and flirty mini skirt! This skirt is super short, so you may want to consider wearing it with tights before purchasing! Always check measurements to ensure a perfect fit!!
This mini skirt will fit a size extra small to small. The top of the waist band measures approx 28 inches not stretched to 36 inches stretched to the fullest. The pink part of the skirt starts just under the bum area and measures approx 30 inches. This part does not stretch.
The total length of the skirt is approx 11 inches.
Upcycled Fabric Condition: Good. No visible stains or flaws.
Why buy from Planet Playground?
All seams are over locked (serged) and finished. What does this mean? Not only does this make your garment appear professional, but it also enhances the durability of your garment making it last much longer. Beware of garments that do not have this feature.
The ends of all ribbons are finished with a liquid plastic that helps prevent fraying. This wonderful finish is basically invisible to the eye and does not affect the appearance, touch, or flexibility of the ribbons. It is permanent, meaning it will never wash off.
All underarm areas are ‘faced’ and ‘edge stitched’ providing more durability to the part of the garment that gets the most wear and tear. This also prevents the underarm area from stretching or losing shape after many wears.

Upcycling is a form of sustainability; waste materials are used to make new products. It eliminates waste that ends up in our environment.
By using vintage fabrics, otherwise known as 'upcycling' we have eliminated waste that ends up in our landfills. We have recycled these fabrics and made them into something fabulous and new. All fabrics have been pretreated and cleaned. Every little bit helps in our ventures to go green!
