-HOW IT WORKS-

Each cartoon is unique and hand drawn from the photos you provide (the better the photos, the better the artwork)! Two people are included in the illustration - if you want to add children or pets, please follow the link here: https://www.etsy.com/EvermoreSignsDesigns/listing/884852325

1) After completing your order on Etsy, please send me an email with all of the below information (see "What I Need from You" section) to evermoresigns [!at] gmail.com. I will reach out to you if I don't receive the initial email within 3 days (but remember, the sooner you send me your photos and details, the sooner we can get started).
2) We will draw your custom illustration, which usually takes 10-14 days.
3) Once the drawing is complete, we will send it to you for review. You can request two revisions if necessary (allow 2-3 business days for each revision).
4) Once you approve, we will print your image on high quality gallery-wrapped canvas, how you selected it in the listing, and have it shipped to your door!


-CANVAS SIZES & NUMBER OF GUESTS -

The size of the canvas you choose is really a matter of personal preference, but here are suggested sizes:

-> 11” x 14” → for 25 guests
-> 16” x 20” → for 50 guests
-> 16” x 24” → for 100-150 guests
-> 24" x 36" → for 150-300 guests

When in doubt, I always suggest going larger rather than smaller.


-CHILDREN & PETS-

-WHAT I NEED FROM YOU-
------------------------------------

In your email to evermoresigns [!at] gmail.com, please include:
1) Your name and Etsy order number
2) Well-lit, front-facing photos of the two people (and any pets/children if added) - the more photos the better!
3) Details on what you want to be wearing in the illustration (Most people want the illustration to be in their gown and tux, so you need to provide those images as well)
3) Text to be included on the artwork (names, date, any other wording)
4) Color and font preference for the text (If nothing is specified here, I will default to black cursive and modern text)

**For example, send us a picture of you and your partner wearing everyday clothes, and another picture of your wedding dress, and a photo of his suit, etc - and we’ll combine them all in the final artwork

-HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE-

It normally takes a total of 4 weeks for your custom artwork to arrive in the mail

Emailed design proof: 2 weeks
Printing & shipping: 1-2 weeks
(+ any revisions that add 2–3 business days per revision) = ~4 weeks


-FAQs-

- Custom poses, scenery, or full costumes are not included, but I'd be happy to provide you a quote for anything you have in mind!
- The frames are floating frames and are solid composite wood. There is no glass. See the photo in the listing for color choices.
- I recommend purchasing ARCHIVAL-quality pens (such as Sakura/Micron). They sell these on Amazon and your local craft store. Sharpies are not recommended as they may fade over time.
