1950s 1960s Sweater Cardigan Crewel Embroidered ROSES on Creamy White.

Need a touch of Spring? This beautiful late 50, possibly early 60s, cardigan sweater is covered in roses and flowers of pale pink, rose pink, lavender, yellow, and deep, rosy red, with moss green and dark green leaves and vines. The top rosebuds are 3D puffy.
- No maker, size, or content tags, but would best fit a modern Small to Medium.
- Knit feels like orlon (the knit is a nice, warm weight), fully lined in what could be silk (can’t test), or silky polyester.
- Closes in front with hooks and eyes.
- Three-quarter length raglan sleeves. Fully fashioned (knit to fit at the arms, rather than being cut and pieced).
- Condition: excellent. Does tend to pill and fuzz, but easily handled with brush or shaver. Freshly washed and stored in plastic.

Miss Truvey Mannequin’s measurements are 32½-24½-34½ and she stands about 5’7½”. Please compare the measurements of this sweater to the measurements of a similar garment that fits you well. Any questions, please ask! I’ll be glad to remeasure anything you need.
