I would have given a five star review except the item arrived smelling strongly of cigarette smoke. It took several washings with detergent and baking soda to remove the odor. Still doesn’t smell fresh so I’m trying air drying. Surprised that a seller would ship a garment with an odor; especially of cigarettes.

that is not the case, all items are handwashed and air dried outside before they are mailed out

I cannot wear this dress. I am a person with major health conditions, and this smells so bad of smoke and perfume I had an episode. The dress itself is okay. Measurements were a bit off and doesn’t fit right though. If I could return it I would’ve. But no returns policy. So unfortunate as it is something I really wanted.
